Exchanges and Returns
We do our best at Achilles Medical to please our customers and we have options for exchanging or returning products.
- Exchange Policy: Exchange Policy: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the exchanging of any product, unless due to an error by Achilles Medical. Step 1: If you ordered the wrong size or model and need to make an exchange, please call us at 866-276-5880 or email jane@achillesmed.com. Step 2: Go to: www.achillesmed.com and order what you need. Step 3: Mail your original order back to us. Step 4: When we receive your return, we refund your credit card, less any shipping cost we incurred. * Please try your product on as soon as you receive it using a clean sock for ankle braces. If you need to exchange for a different size or model, call us as soon as possible to start the exchange process. We can't exchange a product that has been worn, laundered, soiled, or altered. Exchanges will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. If your order is returned, but not exchanged, it will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Return Policy: Return Policy: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return of any product. Authorization must be received from Achilles Medical prior to returning merchandise for any reason. Step 1: Please call 866-276-5880 or emailjane@achillesmed.com to initiate a return. Step 2: Mail your order back to us. Step 3: When your return is received and approved, your credit card will be refunded, less a 15% restocking charge, and if you chose UPS for shipping, that amount will also not be refunded. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. To receive credit for a return, the product must be in unworn condition and sent back to us in its original packaging. * If we determine that a product has been worn, laundered, or is soiled, it will be returned to you, and no credit will be issued.

- Product Warranty: Any product we sell is unconditionally guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship for a period of three months from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to materials and workmanship only, and does not include failure due to wear or incorrect laundering.
