Exchange Policy:If you ordered the wrong size or model and need to make an exchange, please call Rosy: 866-276-5880. We charge $7.50 per exchange (to cover shipping both ways). Rosy will need your credit card information, as we do not keep credit card numbers for your security. When you receive the exchange, please use the enclosed pre-paid postage label to mail back the original order. * Please try your product on as soon as you receive it using a clean sock for ankle products. If you need to exchange for a different size or model, call us as soon as possible to make arrangements for an exchange. We can't exchange a product that has been worn, laundered, soiled, or altered. Exchanges will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Return Policy:Authorization must be received from Achilles Medical prior to returning merchandise for any reason. Please call Rosy: 866-276-5880 to initiate a return. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. To receive credit for a return, the product must be in unworn condition and sent back to us in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to cover shipping and handling costs if purchased with the free shipping option. If you paid for expedited UPS shipping we will credit you for the full amount of the products only (not shipping). * If we determine that a product has been worn, or laundered, or is soiled, it will be returned to you, and no credit will be issued. Product Warranty: Any product we sell is unconditionally guaranteed against any defect in materials or workmanship for a period of three months from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to materials and workmanship only, and does not include failure due to wear or incorrect laundering.
