How It Works:
First Ice works in a unique way compared to other ice packs. When you freeze the bag, you will notice that it will puff up with snow growing almost double in size. Once frozen you can remove the bag and place it on your injured body part. The ice near your skin will quickly melt creating a soft barrier between your skin and the rest of the ice. This insulating barrier will stay at a comfortable 40 degrees for up to four hours while the rest of the ice continues to cool the barrier.

Replacing Bulky Cold Therapy Units:
Typical cold therapy units take up a lot of space, need constant ice and electricity. Not only are these devices extremely expensive, but they require you to stay in one spot due to the effort it takes to unhook all the tubes while trying not to get water all over the place just so you can go to the bathroom. With First Ice all you need is two bags to rotate in the freezer and your good to go. You can use a wrap to hold the pack on and be free to move about your house or wherever you need to go.

Different Options:
We have a few different options to choose from. Aside from picking either one bag or two, we also offer an ankle compression wrap, knee wrap and universal wrap.

•   The ankle compression wrap is a special wrap that contains a pocket for a First Ice bag. So you can help your injury by applying compression on cold therapy to the injured site.

•   The knee wrap has two pockets, one on the inside of the knee and one on the outside of the knee to provide you with 360 degrees of cold therapy.

•   The universal wrap is an all around wrap that contains one pocket and allows you to wrap any body part.
