Allows full movement of the wrist, and does not interfere with grip activities. INDICATIONS: New injury to the ulnar ligament, injury to the volar plate, synovitis or arthritis protection of an old injury to the ulnar ligament. PRECAUTIONS: This or any other splint cannot completely prevent all injuries. APPLICATION CONSIDERATIONS: This splint can be partially remolded to the shape of the thumb with only hot water or heat gun and can be trimmed with a strong pair of scissors.
